Why Is ABLE Environments Unique?
- There is a wholesale lack of understanding in the real estate industry of the real needs of the disabled and what constitutes an accessible environment. ABLE Environments resolves that.
- There is a serious lack of inventory of those homes that lend themselves to either be accessible or become accessible. ABLE Environments has that inventory
- There are a multitude of services offering help in specific areas of accessible housing, but no one pulling it all together. ABLE Environments has done that.
- Most existing help is targeted at low income families and individuals, but not to those of medium or high incomes with the same accessibility requirements. ABLE Environments targets all groups
- Our service is at no cost to the home buyers since our compensation is through traditional real estate sales expenses.
- At this point, we have been unable to identify any other Realtors® or brokerages offering a service similar to ABLE Environments.
